- Reservation and cancellation policy:
A weekend reservation
requires a two night stay. One night’s rate is required to guarantee a
room. 50% is required for the 2 bedroom suite. The weekly rate is based on a
seven night stay. A refund will be made only if the reservation is canceled
seven days in advance, suites fourteen days in advance. Early departures will
forfeit payment of full stay unless an identical re-rental can occur. All
refunds will be subject to a $25.00 service charge per room. Rates are subject
to change and are based on double occupancy.

Children 12 and younger $5.00 each. Extra adults
$10.00 each. Cribs $10.00. MA Room Occupancy Tax 9.7%.
